Product Overview
MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is designed for indoor 380 V, 50 Hz power distribution and motor-control systems. With a main busbar rated current of 1,000–2,500 A, it accommodates incoming power, outgoing feeders and motor-control circuits in a compact cabinet lineup.
Withdrawable drawer units simplify inspection, servicing and replacement of individual functional units. Segregated functional, busbar and cable areas support organized wiring and maintenance access, while the modular layout allows circuit arrangements to be planned around project loads, available space and future expansion.

Product Advantages
Withdrawable Units for Convenient Maintenance
Feeder and motor-control units can be withdrawn for servicing or replacement after safe isolation. Where a compatible spare drawer is available, replacement can help reduce the time needed to restore the affected circuit.
Compact Layout for Multiple Circuits
Modular compartments accommodate different feeder and motor-control requirements within one cabinet lineup. This arrangement helps make efficient use of floor space in distribution rooms with multiple outgoing circuits.
Segregated Areas for Organized Access
Separate functional, busbar and cable areas provide a clear internal layout for wiring, inspection and maintenance. This separation helps technicians identify and access the relevant section during service work.
Interlocks to Help Prevent Incorrect Operation
Drawer-position and switching interlocks help control the operating sequence during connection, testing and isolation. The specific interlocking arrangement is defined by the selected functional unit and project configuration.
Short-Circuit Ratings for Project Selection
The main busbar is rated for a short-time withstand current of 50 kA and a peak withstand current of 105 kA. Main-switch Icu and Ics ratings are both 65 kA. These values support equipment selection alongside the project’s fault-level calculations and protection requirements.
Modular Configuration for Changing Loads
Drawer units and cabinet sections can be planned to suit different circuit quantities and load requirements. Future additions depend on available busbar capacity, cabinet space and the approved system design.
Typical Applications

Industrial Power Distribution
Main distribution and motor-control systems for manufacturing plants, chemical facilities, refineries, paper mills and steelworks.
Commercial Buildings
Distribution for lighting, air conditioning, pumps, lifts and other services in office buildings, shopping centres and hotels.
Public Infrastructure
Low-voltage distribution for airports, railway stations, exhibition centres and other public facilities.
Data Centres and Healthcare Facilities
Distribution within project-specific power systems, with supply continuity determined by the overall redundancy, backup power and protection design.
Power Plant Auxiliary Systems
Distribution and control for auxiliary loads such as fans, pumps and compressors, where the system requirements match the assembly ratings.
