Request a Quote

Product Overview

GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is designed for indoor 380 V, 50 Hz power distribution and motor-control applications. With a main busbar rated current of 1,000–2,500 A, it provides a modular platform for incoming power, outgoing feeders and motor-control circuits in industrial plants, commercial buildings and infrastructure facilities.

Withdrawable functional units allow individual circuits to be accessed for inspection, servicing and replacement after safe isolation. The compact cabinet arrangement accommodates multiple circuits, while separate functional, busbar and cable areas support organized wiring and maintenance access. Circuit quantities, component selection and cabinet layouts can be specified around the project’s electrical loads and installation requirements.

Product Advantages

Withdrawable Units for Easier Circuit Maintenance

Feeder and motor-control units can be withdrawn for servicing or replacement after the required isolation procedures have been completed. Where a compatible spare unit is available, drawer replacement can help shorten the restoration time for the affected circuit.

Flexible Feeder and Motor-Control Configuration

Functional units can be selected to suit different outgoing loads and motor-control requirements. Power distribution, motor control and reactive power compensation can be incorporated into the project’s cabinet lineup, subject to the approved design.

Compact Layout for Limited Installation Space

The modular arrangement accommodates multiple functional units within a cabinet lineup. Drawer sizes and circuit quantities can be planned around load requirements and available switchroom space, helping balance installation footprint with service access.

Separate Areas for Wiring and Inspection

Separate functional, busbar and cable areas provide a clear internal arrangement. This helps organize power connections and control wiring, making circuit identification, inspection and maintenance planning more straightforward.

Interlocks to Support Correct Operation

Drawer-position and switching interlocks help control the operating sequence during connection, testing and isolation. The interlocking functions and available drawer positions should be confirmed for the selected unit configuration.

Defined Ratings for Electrical System Design

The main busbar has a short-time withstand current rating of 50 kA and a peak withstand current rating of 105 kA. Main-switch Icu and Ics ratings are both 65 kA. These specifications should be assessed alongside the installation’s prospective fault current, protection coordination and required withstand duration.

Typical Applications

Industrial Distribution and Motor Control

Power distribution and motor-control centres (MCCs) for manufacturing plants, chemical facilities, refineries, paper mills and steelworks. Typical loads include production machinery, pumps, fans and compressors.

Commercial Buildings

Low-voltage distribution for lighting, air conditioning, lifts, water pumps and other building services in office towers, shopping centres and hotels.

Infrastructure and Public Facilities

Feeder and motor-control applications in airports, railway stations, metro stations, sports venues and exhibition centres.

Data Centres and Healthcare Facilities

Low-voltage distribution within engineered power systems. Supply continuity depends on the overall system design, including backup sources, redundancy, transfer arrangements and protection coordination.

Energy and Utility Facilities

Auxiliary power distribution in power plants and other energy facilities where the system voltage, load characteristics and fault-level requirements match the selected GCK assembly.

Specify Your GCK Switchgear Configuration

Send us your single-line diagram, load schedule or basic electrical requirements so we can review a suitable GCK cabinet arrangement.

For an initial enquiry, please provide:

  • Rated system voltage and frequency
  • Incoming supply current and number of incomers
  • Outgoing circuit quantities and current ratings
  • Motor ratings and starting methods, where applicable
  • Required short-circuit ratings and withstand duration
  • Available installation space and cable entry requirements
  • Preferred component brands or project specifications, if applicable

Final cabinet dimensions, functional-unit arrangements, component selection and accessories will be confirmed against the project requirements.
